We’re looking for a hands-on Farm Hand to join our team in the Yarramalong Valley. This permanent, full-time role involves working across farm operations, property maintenance, and livestock care and reports to our Farm Manager.

The role includes operating farm machinery, maintaining fences and water systems, general gardening and property management, and supporting seasonal farm work. You’ll contribute to keeping the property and guest areas well-presented, with occasional support for on-site events. You’ll be responsible for feeding and handling cattle, assisting with breeding programs, and helping prepare animals for agricultural shows as required.

To succeed, you’ll need 2-3 years' experience with practical skills in machinery and property maintenance, and the physical capability to work outdoors year-round. A manual driver’s license, the ability to get a Working With Children's Check and Police Check and a strong, reliable work ethic are essential. Experience with working with livestock (not necessarily cattle, but not horses) is strongly desirable. You will require a car to get to and from work for this position as public transport is not an option.
