• Dedicated Inspections Agent for routines, PCRs, and assistance with finals if needed
• Property Manager only required to do 1 inspection per year (to keep eyes on the property)
• Support from a VA for admin tasks
• No trust accounting
• No BDM duties
• Access to a pool company car during work hours or option of a take home car

• Previous portfolio management experience ideal, or a sharp go-getter Assistant/Junior Property Manager ready to step up
• A Valid Property Manager Registration and a driver’s license
