The Client

The Position

• Supporting the Director - Commercial Sales & Leasing
• Personal assistant support including diary management, reminders & follow-ups
• Prepare leases, offers to lease or sale, marketing coordination
• Maintaining property files, CRM records and listing databases
• Monitor emails and coordinate team meetings
• Managing property campaigns including signage, online listings, photography and social media
• Conduct some property inspections and viewings as required
• Meet clients, trades and tenants on site to facilitate access and fit out discussions

The Criteria

• Reliable motor vehicle to attend some onsite visits
• Previous admin background within real estate/property
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong time management
• Proficiency with Google Suite & MS Office
• Familiarity with Canva, DocuSign, Cirrus8, Comet, LockedOn, Pricefinder and Landgage would be advantageous but not essential
