About the role

Beaini Projects is seeking a talented Retail Leasing Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in our Rydalmere, NSW office and will play a key role in managing and growing our commercial property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and securing new high-quality retail tenants to fill vacancies

Proactively managing and optimising the tenancy mix across our retail properties

Negotiating and finalising lease agreements with prospective and existing tenants

Maintaining positive relationships with current tenants and managing lease renewals

Preparing relevant leasing reports and presentations for stakeholders

Contributing to the overall strategic direction of our commercial property portfolio

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies

Partner with key stakeholders including centre managers, retailers & internal teams

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in retail leasing, preferably within a commercial real estate environment

Proven track record of successfully leasing and managing retail properties

Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent knowledge of the local and national retail market and trends

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
