Our client, a leading boutique property investment and management group, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Property Manager to support the management of a portfolio of Premium and A-grade commercial office and retail assets located in Sydney’s financial core.

This opportunity is tailored for a property professional with 1–3 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to high-profile assets, and a relevant tertiary qualification. The successful candidate will bring strong leasing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude, demonstrating both hunger to learn and the ability to grow within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day management of Premium and A-grade office and retail properties.
• Assist with leasing activity, including negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and incentive structures.
• Contribute to property budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Undertake regular property inspections and support tenant engagement initiatives.
• Assist with CAPEX projects, tenant fit outs, and operational upgrades.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Operations teams to ensure first-class building presentation.
• Maintain accurate lease administration and compliance records using Yardi or similar systems.

About the Candidate:

• 1–3 years’ experience in commercial property management, ideally with Premium or A-grade exposure.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, with confidence in supporting negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage tenants and stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to achieve results.
• Hungry to learn, with ambition to progress within commercial property management.
