About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will:

Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they fully understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.

Manage leads and consultations with precision and care using modern CRM software (e.g., Core Practice, Dental4Windows, Salesforce, or Cliniko).

Liaise closely with our dental professionals to present tailored cosmetic and restorative solutions.

Follow up with patients in a timely and engaging manner to maintain trust and boost conversion.

Contribute to the overall patient experience – from the first phone call to post-treatment check-ins.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or high-value service industry.

Familiarity with CRM and patient management systems – experience with tools such as Core Practice, Salesforce, Cliniko, or Dental4Windows is a big plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're confident, compassionate, and proactive.

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and a client-first mindset.

A dental or medical background is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
