About the Role:

As the Showroom & Market Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Sydney operation. This is a hands-on and highly visible role that blends showroom management, client service, sales support, and event coordination. You’ll ensure our showroom is not just a space for display, but a hub of creativity, inspiration, and industry connection.

Day to day, you will:

Manage showroom operations and deliver an exceptional client experience to architects, designers, builders, and end users.

Support sales and quoting processes, ensuring clients receive fast, accurate, and professional responses.

Coordinate marketing initiatives, CPD presentations, and product education sessions.

Drive showroom visibility and foot traffic through events, partnerships, and targeted engagement campaigns.

Host and deliver industry presentations, product launches, and showroom activations that position us as a leader in the market.

Keep displays, samples, and collateral up to date while supporting technical queries with confidence.

About You:

You’re a confident communicator with a passion for design and client engagement. You thrive in roles that balance sales, service, and marketing, and you love creating memorable experiences for customers.

Ideally, you will bring:

Experience in showroom coordination, sales support, or client engagement (preferably within architecture, interiors, or premium products).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage events, presentations, and showroom operations.

A natural ability to connect with people – from architects and designers to builders and end users.

Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting processes, and customer follow-ups.

A proactive approach to driving showroom visitation and building brand awareness.
