About the Role
As a Client Relationship & Sales Coordinator, you will:
Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Consultants to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify, coordinate, and contribute to tender submissions.
Monitor company performance against service agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage CRM updates and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
Create, send, and follow up on quotes, tenders, and sales leads.
Act as a key contact for client issues, escalating where needed to ensure resolutions.
Support marketing initiatives and attend industry functions to promote services.
Help the sales team identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage client contracts and look for new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Track KPIs and stay informed about competitors and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Proven experience in client relationship management or a sales coordination role.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in cold calling and networking with clients.
Experience managing tenders and proposals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
English proficiency at native speaker level
A professional yet friendly approach, with a sense of humour and a problem-solving mindset.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
The motivation to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
