Based in QLD, you’ll manage certification and compliance projects, liaise with the NSW office, and play a key role in upcoming commercial developments. Duties

• Deliver building certification and regulations consultancy
• Ensure compliance with BCA and relevant legislation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and NSW project teams
• Provide technical guidance and prepare reports
• Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines

Skills & Experience

• QLD Building Surveyor Licence (Level 1 or 2)
• Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia & legislation
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and from home
• QLD driver’s licence; flexibility to liaise with NSW team
