ESTIMATOR/QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The Role

We are seeking a Senior level professional to hit the ground running on our various projects.

Estimate and quantity survey jobs at the time of tender

Management of contracts and variations

Schedule scope of works

Progress claim management

Draft scope of works and tender packages to be issued to subcontractors for projects.

Ensure that cost forecasting for allocated subcontracts and costs codes are accurately maintained.

Manage subcontracts to ensure compliance is always maintained.

Regularly assess commercial and contractual risks

Experience Required

Estimating experience

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE CONSTRUCTION/EARTHMOVING/DEMOLITION INDUSTRY

3+Years experience in the earthmoving/ Demolition field with contract/industry rates experience

Office experience

Ability of effectively lead and motivate a large team

Excellent communication skills

Broad industry knowledge

Ability to interpret and execute plans

Must be self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed
