Site Manager – Aged Care New Build
Full-time, Permanent | Brisbane

W Talent are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a complex $50M+ aged care project in Brisbane. You’ll take the reins from Level 1 through structure, façade, services, finishes and commissioning, with a tower crane, stackable sheds and full-time traffic control in place.

You’ll lead:

Day-to-day site operations, program, safety, quality & cost

Trade sequencing and logistics (crane, deliveries, traffic management)

Services-heavy zones, room fitout & external works

QA/ITPs, commissioning, defects and handover

You bring:

Site Manager experience on mid-rise RC builds ($30m+, health/aged care/multi-res)

Strong WHS leadership and quality control (ITPs/inspections)

Confident client/consultant communication and change control

QBCC Site Supervisor Licence required, White Card; ; First Aid desirable

Team onsite includes: PM, CAs, HSE, Structural Foreman, Site Engineer, Labourers and more.
