NoosaCare is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Hotel Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality non-clinical services that directly support the wellbeing and dignity of our residents. About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across catering, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance. Your focus will be on operational excellence, team building, and ensuring services meet the expectations of residents and the requirements of the Aged Care Strengthened Standards.

This role offers lifestyle-friendly hours with limited weekend and after-hours work—ideal for someone seeking balance while making a genuine impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead and unite hotel services teams to deliver safe, high-quality, resident-focused services.

Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, WHS, and internal policies.

Manage rostering, procurement, and supplier relationships.

Promote staff engagement through mentoring, recognition, and development.

Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate non-clinical services into holistic care.

Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in hospitality or hotel management desirable.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.

Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain).

Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of aged care compliance and service standards.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to safety, dignity, and continuous improvement.
