We are seeking a member to join our team on a part time/casual basis in the role of developing and promoting our specialist practice. We serve the medical community in metropolitan and regional South-Eastern Victoria. The role is designed to expand our practice and streamline our communication with our main business collaborators (GP clinics, emergency departments and private hospitals)

Key duties

· Form, maintain and promote relationships with administration/practice managers and act as a key liaison between them and our specialists

· Schedule regular meetings between our specialists and key practices and provide two-way feedback on new connections formed

· Maintain electronic database of key contacts and a timeline of communications between specialists and relevant healthcare organisations

· Maintain our presence on professional social media platforms and distribute educational content to GP practices and hospitals

Essential skills

· Caring, collaborative communication skills with demonstrated experience in negotiating the needs of our practice whilst prioritising the health of our patients

· Capable of assertively conducting both brief and detailed in person interactions with practice managers and practitioners

· High computer literacy and familiarity with all social media platforms

· Attention to detail in creating and distributing marketing material (online and paper based)

· Able to work in our office at least 4 hours per week

Desirable skills

· Experience in medical industry

· Knowledge of local practices and health care practitioners in South East Melbourne
