The Opportunity

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of strategic, long-term client relationships across Australia, the US and Europe. Working closely with senior decision-makers, you’ll help shape how major programs are designed, executed and scaled — ensuring commercial success for both sides.

This is not a transactional sales role. It’s about understanding your clients’ priorities, mapping stakeholders, navigating complex relationships, and spotting opportunities to expand partnerships in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do

Build deep relationships across enterprise-level accounts to identify and drive growth opportunities

Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with commercial goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction

Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events

Use CRM and reporting tools to track engagement, forecast revenue, and support data-driven decision making

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in account management (in any business to business role)

Proven ability in developing / expanding accounts
