The Company:
Join one of Australia’s biggest and most trusted commercial cleaning companies, servicing a wide array of industries including offices, education and childcare, retail, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality.

The Role:
Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager of Victoria, your typical day will involve:

• Making warm outbound calls to businesses and customers
• Scheduling appointment times for the Business Development Managers to attend
• Assisting in securing commercial cleaning contracts and supporting the growth of the company’s client base
• Ad hoc administration duties as required

About YOU:

• Previous sales support or outbound sales experience highly regarded
• Excellent customer service and communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport over the telephone
• Good computer skills including MS Office and experience using a CRM is highly regarded
• A positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and part of a small team
