We are seeking an Accounting Administrator with experience in company and trust setups, ABN/TFN registrations, and ASIC/ATO compliance to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Lodge company registrations, trust deeds, and ABN/TFN/GST/PAYG applications
Maintain ASIC compliance, including director changes, annual reviews, and share registers
Assist with ATO lodgements and maintenance of corporate records
Provide administrative support to accountants and directors
Answer incoming calls and manage client communication in a professional manner
About You
Previous experience in an accounting firm or corporate services environment
Confident using ASIC Connect, ATO Online Services for Agents, and ABR
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
