The Role

As the Accounts Administrator, you will report to a talented Finance Manager. Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following duties:

Accounts Payable support (processing invoices)

Accounts Receivable support (allocations)

Assist FM with month-end tasks such as depreciation, fixed asset register, tax compliance, and payroll

Research and negotiate with third parties to secure the best product and prices for the business (e.g. company cars, energy providers, etc.)

Working with the Operations Coordinator to ensure compliance across the business

Liaising with contractors to coordinate maintenance works

Support the broader business with project work (e.g. system implementations)

Your Background

In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will possess the following attributes:

Prior experience in an all-rounder position (e.g. Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper, Office Administration, Operations Officer)

Intermediate Excel skills (confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs as a minimum)

Excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Happy to travel to the office 5 days per week
