Pure Pollination is looking for someone who can open gates and spark real conversations with farmers and agricultural industry professionals across Victoria and NSW.

We place bee hives where they matter most, on farms, helping farmers achieve bigger harvests, higher-quality produce, and healthier crops. Strong pollination doesn't just benefit growers it supports regional communities, the food supply and future generations.

Day to day:
This is not your typical desk job. It's part crop-pollination marketing, part business development, and entirely about relationships.

You'll be the connection between growers and the bees that help their farms thrive. The role is casual/part-time and flexible to suit your season; you can work from home or join us at our Footscray office if you like a bit of buzz around you. You'll be:

• Engaging with your industry connections to seek new pollination opportunities
• Engaging with new farmers to ensure their current pollinaton partners are delivering on time and to budget
• Discussing with stakeholders, the benefits of pollination
• Attending indystry events
• Record keeping using the CRM
• Supporting the management of contracts for the above

What you'll bring:

• A genuine understanding of how pollination drives crop performance.
• Insight into farming systems and the challenges of farming
• Strong community links in agriculture, whether through grower networks, agribusiness, or simply being the kind of person farmers trust.
• Connections with seed suppliers (helpful, not essential).
• Strong organisational skills to track leads, follow-ups, and hive placements.
• IT skills - enough to follow an Excel spreadsheet.
• Clear and confident communication; the ability to turn a chat about bees into a conversation about real value on-farm.
