The exciting opportunity:
- Lead and inspire clinical teams across multiple residential aged care sites, championing best practice and person-centred care
- Drive the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programs to uplift nursing and care staff competencies
- Oversee clinical governance, quality assurance, incident management, and infection prevention initiatives
- Play a pivotal role in clinical risk management, compliance, and accreditation readiness
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to continuously improve clinical outcomes
- Participate in strategic planning and service innovation with opportunities to influence organisational direction

About you:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and significant experience in clinical nursing leadership within aged care
- Proven track record managing clinical teams, leading education programs, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- In-depth knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, clinical governance, and accreditation processes
- Strong skills in clinical risk management, incident investigation, and infection control leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with resilience and a solutions-focused approach
- Tertiary qualifications in nursing and/or clinical education, with a preference for those with postgraduate credentials
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and satisfactory clearances including Police and NDIS Worker Screening
