The exciting opportunity:

• Lead and inspire clinical teams across multiple residential aged care sites, championing best practice and person-centred care
• Drive the development, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programs to uplift nursing and care staff competencies

About you:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and significant experience in clinical nursing leadership within aged care
• Proven track record managing clinical teams, leading education programs, and implementing quality improvement initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, clinical governance, and accreditation processes
• Strong skills in clinical risk management, incident investigation, and infection control leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with resilience and a solutions-focused approach
• Tertiary qualifications in nursing and/or clinical education, with a preference for those with postgraduate credentials
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and satisfactory clearances including Police and NDIS Worker Screening
