The Client:

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care and are a leading Aged Care provider who have a wonderful company culture. They invest heavily in staff development, progression and your career. They deliver high quality care and are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this beautiful 5 Star aged care facility located near transport and shopping areas. You will be supported by a dedicated team and have daily support from the Residential Aged Care Manager and work alongside another Clinical Nurse Manager.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
• Attending family conferences and have a resident focused approach
• Support and lead the clinical team
• Support with staff leadership, training and education
• Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
