MARS is partnering with an Australian organisation to recruit a Finance Manager on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in managing and overseeing the company's accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing month-end processes, overseeing payroll and tax compliance, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse company performance and produce high-quality management reports.
• Interpret financial information and provide commercial commentary.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on profitability and overall business performance.
• Provide insights into company expenditure.
• Build credibility with business units through strong internal stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability.
• CA/CPA qualified.

Additional Information:

• 5 days in the office per week.
• Office located in Brookvale.
