About the role

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Receptionist to join our growing radiology practice, CAREWELL DIAGNOSTIX, in the vibrant suburb of Tarneit, Victoria. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and clinical team.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to our radiology clinic in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow

Answering and managing incoming telephone enquiries with empathy and care

Handling patient registrations, record-keeping, and data entry with accuracy

Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as required

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

Adhering to all relevant medical, health, and safety regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar customer service role in a Radiology setting

Minimum of 1-2 years of medical receptionist experience specifically in a radiology environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all backgrounds

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front-of-house environment

Proficient in using medical software, electronic records, and other standard office technologies

A warm, friendly and empathetic approach to patient care

Knowledge of medical terminology and industry regulations (desirable)
