Compliance & Accounts Officer – Brisbane Office

Auspac Solar is a national solar retailer with over a decade of experience in the solar and battery industry, both in Australia and internationally. Headquartered in Roma with offices in Brisbane, we're a Queensland-based, family-run company delivering on-grid and off-grid solar projects, as well as insurance and project management solutions.

We're seeking a Compliance & Accounts Officer to join our Brisbane office and work closely with our Accountant, General Manager, and Company Directors.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage compliance for a national contract verifying and approving job costings

Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in Xero for the company

Prepare financial reports, maintain records, and provide the Ownership Team with monthly reporting

Collaborate with the Accountant and GM and Ownership team to streamline processes

✅ About You

Proven experience in compliance, accounts, or financial administration

Confident using Xero accounting software

Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience required

Must have Australian work rights
