The Role

• Process 30–40 customer invoices daily in SAP B1
• Handle payments for local and overseas suppliers
• Manage payroll for a team of 12 staff members
• Reconcile accounts and manage daily bank transactions
• Support the accountant with monthly reports and compliance
• Maintain accurate stock records across three branches
• Order supplies, including stationery and packaging
• Provide general admin support to the branch manager

Skills required:

• Skilled in accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
• Proven ability to manage weekly and fortnightly payroll
• Experienced using SAP B1, with Sybiz highly regarded
• Adept at working with Excel formulas and cost tracking
• Track record of handling supplier and customer accounts
• Capable of working independently with minimal direction
• Comfortable in a small, close-knit branch office team
