Administration Assistant – Work From Home
We are seeking a motivated and highly organised Administration Assistant to join a well established consultancy based in the Northern Rivers. This is a work from home role with flexible arrangements, providing part-time hours (20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday) for the right candidate. Occasional attendance at meetings in Ballina will be required.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Consultant, enabling them to focus on core business activities. You will be responsible for:
Managing the Consultant’s diary, bookings, and client communications
Handling incoming calls and emails, resolving enquiries where possible
Drafting correspondence and reports (templates provided)
Uploading photos, maps, and other supporting material into reports
Proofreading complex documents with strong attention to detail
Preparing quotes and invoices using Xero and following up outstanding accounts
Maintaining CRM records and managing client information
Coordinating onsite field assessments and liaising with clients and stakeholders
Assisting with newsletters and marketing activities.
Skills Required
Microsoft 365
Quotes & Invoicing (Xero)
Web research, downloading and saving maps and images
Minimum 5 years administration experience
Proven ability to manage multiple, changing and competing priorities
Ability to plan with impeccable attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
