An industrial plumbing specialist with a reputation for delivering big jobs right, the first time. We’re growing fast – and we’re on the hunt for a self-driven, organised, and people-smart Operations Manager to help steer the ship.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch role. This is about making things happen.

💪 What You’ll Be Doing

Running day-to-day business ops and keeping projects humming.

Preparing tenders & variations in Cubitt.

Keeping documents sharp, current, and organised on Google Drive.

Scheduling and labour forecasting – making sure the right people are on the right job.

Booking and managing projects through GeoOp.

Building rock-solid relationships with clients, suppliers, and our site crews.

Staying four steps ahead and making sure the team always wins on site.

Reporting directly to the GM and Director – but trusted to work independently.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We don’t just want a “manager.” We want someone who:

Is proactive, organised, and thrives on responsibility.

Loves taking ownership and working independently (with the team having your back).

Can juggle multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat.

Has excellent communication skills and can build trust with clients, suppliers, and crews.

Is tech-savvy and quick on the tools (Cubitt, GeoOp, Google Drive (inc sheets), Procore etc – or ready to learn fast).

Comes from plumbing/construction/industrial backgrounds (bonus points for ops/project management experience).
