IzyAki, an intimate 20-seat kappo yakiniku restaurant in Paddington, is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious bartender with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service.

Operating five nights a week (Tuesday to Saturday), we are an omakase-style restaurant showcasing premium wagyu, a curated sake selection, boutique wines, and handcrafted cocktails.

This role is your chance to:
