Service Co-ordinator / Scheduler – Air Conditioning Industry

💰 $70,000 - $75,000 + Super (Full-Time)

Ford & Doonan Mandurah, one of WA’s most awarded and respected air conditioning companies, is seeking a Service Co-ordinator/Scheduler to join our team.

In this key role, you’ll be the central link between our clients and our service technicians—coordinating schedules, managing warranty claims, and ensuring our service department runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

Schedule and oversee daily service and warranty jobs

Communicate with customers to arrange and confirm appointments

Support field technicians with parts, job details, and technical coordination

Order and track parts and warranty replacements

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty processing

Maintain accurate service records and reports

Greet client in our showroom and answer incoming calls.

About you:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administration (HVAC, trades, or service industry preferred)

Computer literate with attention to detail

A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure

Experience with SIMPRO would be an advantage but is not essential.

Ideally 2+ years experience in a similar role.
