We are currently seeking to employ a full time Marketing position for our Company in Seven Hills NSW.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies and content plans across multiple platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)

Create high-performing organic social media content including posts, videos, graphics and captions

Monitor social media performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise content and campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing objectives

Community management, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner

Support the content creation process by writing, editing and proofreading website copy, blogs and other marketing materials

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices

What you'll bring:

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)

Strong writing and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Analytics skills using platform insights and Google Analytics

Strong communication and customer service skills for community management
