About The Role:
We're seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Content Creator/Digital Marketing Manager with a love for skincare and content creation. You’ll work closely with the owner and take charge of our digital presence—blending strategy, fast execution, and storytelling that converts. This isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about creating content that inspires, builds community, and drives real results. A "can-do" attitude is a must, and bonus points if you have experience in the cosmetics industry!

Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience creating content for Meta & TikTok.

Proven ability to grow engagement and build community across multiple platforms

Strong understanding of what converts in retail & service industry (2+ years of relevant experience)

Skilled in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different platforms

Sharp eye for aesthetics, content trends, and platform-specific best practices

Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute content that’s both visually compelling and performance-driven

Data-driven mindset – comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating quickly

Self-starter with strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about skincare and digital storytelling, with a "can-do" attitude and creative drive

Bonus: Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry

What You’ll Do:
Social Media & Community Management

Manage and monitor social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent growth and engagement

Develop and implement content and marketing strategies across all digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)

Work with third-party partners to optimize digital advertising campaigns

Track what’s working (reach, engagement, conversions) and tweak strategies to keep winning.

Content Creation

Ideate, shoot, edit, caption, and upload engaging content across all platforms

Create high-quality photo and short-form content and occasional long-form YouTube videos

Write catchy captions, campaign messages & fun copy that tells our story.
