We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill a dual-role position as Social Media Content Creator & Office Coordinator. This unique opportunity blends creativity with local operational support for the Sydney team. You will be responsible for producing engaging digital content across social platforms while also managing the day-to-day administrative functions of our office.
This is a great role for someone looking for a junior role thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about both storytelling and operations.
Social Media & Content Creation (Approx. 80%)
Develop, plan, and execute a weekly social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Design and produce engaging visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)
Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep content fresh, relevant, and on-brand
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages and mentions
Track analytics and generate performance reports with recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with marketing or design teams to support campaigns and brand messaging
Attend events or team activities to capture real-time content
Book all photographers, videographers and drone suppliers for all events and provide briefs
Office Coordinator (Approx. 20%)
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and internal vendor relationships
Manage the cleaner and the daily maintenance of the office and its styling
Handle emails, mail, rubbish, and general inquiries
Support Accounts & HR with on-boarding, off-boarding, and basic employee support
Assist finance team with internal expense tracking, invoicing, and general office tasks
Organize company events, celebrations, or off-site events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in social media content creation
Copy-writing and visual storytelling skills
Proficient with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
