Ultra Nature is an Australian made and owned vitamins company that is stocked in many pharmacies across the country. We specialise in the research and development of complex and science-based range of products with an emphasis on unique formulations, therapeutic doses, bioavailability, efficacy and patented or trademarked ingredients.

As a social media manager at Ultra Nature, you will play an important role in driving the company’s digital marketing strategy. Responsible for creating engaging and impactful content across various social media platforms, you will contribute to building the company’s brand and online presence. This part time position is based in Sydney and the salary is based on 70-85k full-time pro rata + superannuation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO DO

Organic Social Media Management

- Develop and execute a social media content strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, graphics and captions for Ultra Nature’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

- Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts

- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends to improve the company’s digital presence

Email Marketing

- Klaviyo setup, optimisation and reporting of email campaigns and automated flows

- Write on-brand, engaging content and create strong visuals for campaigns

Paid Advertising Strategy

- Develop and implement a paid advertising strategy across Meta (FB and Insta) and Google to drive growth and conversions

- Monitor and analyse ad performance, providing regular reports with insights

- Conduct audience research and A/B testing to maximise ROI and improve targeting

Influencers, Activations and Events

- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, brand activations and any Ultra Nature events
