We’re now on the lookout for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our passionate team. This is a part-time role (2 days/week) based in our Newcastle office, perfect for someone with a strong background in social media, content creation, and digital marketing, especially within the beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries.

Your Role

Plan, create and schedule engaging, on-brand content for LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, and Facebook

Develop and execute a social media content calendar that tells our brand story and builds community

Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance; offer insights and recommendations

Stay ahead of digital trends to keep our content fresh, engaging, and aligned with best practices

Write compelling blog posts tailored to our audience and industry

Create and send monthly EDMs using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo

Collaborate with our internal team and any external creatives or agencies to ensure cohesive messaging

Contribute to overall content strategy and voice across all digital touchpoints

Bonus: Basic SEO knowledge for blog writing and web content would be a plus!

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in a marketing and/or social media role

Proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences (especially on LinkedIn)

Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills

Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)

Familiarity with EDM platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc)

A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of organisation

A team player who can work independently and collaboratively

Experience in the beauty, personal care, or lifestyle industries highly regarded
