About the role

Annandale Doctors is seeking a talented Practice Manager to join our dedicated team in Annandale QLD 4814.

This is a casual position, with option to convert to permanent, offering the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while playing a vital role in the smooth operation of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the practice

Managing staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews

Ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and business regulations

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Coordinating with medical professionals to optimise patient care and experience

Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and the local community

Preparing reports and analysing data to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Substantial experience in a medical practice management role or similar position

Minimum 1-2 years of medical practice management experience

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in implementing efficient administrative systems

Experience with medical practice software systems is essential

Familiarity with medical terminology, regulations, and industry best practices

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals

Australian work rights are required for this position
