A privately owned Australian company operating in the manufacturing and industrial sector. The business is recognised for its innovative approach and specialised expertise.

Position
An experienced finance professional is needed to provide short-term support. With a number of key improvement projects underway, this role will be instrumental in strengthening the reporting, processes, and systems to ensure the business is set up for success. This is a hands-on role that requires someone with strong technical accounting skills, systems knowledge, and the ability to make immediate impact.

Profile

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 5+ years’ experience in finance roles.
• Strong background in management accounting and cost accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/finance systems (Netsuite highly desirable; exposure to MRP systems advantageous). adv Excel
• Track record of improving processes, implementing new procedures, and delivering clean and accurate reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to “roll up sleeves” and deliver quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy finance function.
