A reputable leader in the transport sector is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join its growing team. This newly created role is integral to supporting the company's significant growth by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the optimisation of the financial accounting processes, reporting and control.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Preparation of monthly reporting, including actual results, variations, and forecasts
• Management and reporting on corporate P&L statements
• Financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
• Forecast cash flow, with a focus on capital expenditure (CapEx) reporting
• Management of accounts' payable function
• Leveraging data to prepare regular financial estimates and reports
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of transactions in ERP system

Your Skills & Experience

• CA Qualification
• Advanced proficiency in managing and navigating complex ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail a plus
• A background in Big 4 auditing firms is highly desirable
