About the Role
As our Chef de Partie, you’ll bring skill, creativity, and consistency to the kitchen. You will be hands-on at the pans, working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver dishes that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is an opportunity to work across diverse services – from intimate à la carte dining to large-scale weddings and events – in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard

Running the pans section with confidence and efficiency

Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations

Leading and guiding junior staff

Maintaining food hygiene and workplace safety standards

Managing portions, stock, and waste to ensure profitability
