At Pincho Disco, we bring the rhythm, flavour, and vibrancy of Latin America to Collingwood. We’re on the hunt for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew and help deliver the bold, creative dishes that define our menu.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll own your section with pride, working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef to craft plates that celebrate Latin flavour and premium produce. You’ll thrive in a lively, high-energy environment where every service feels like a celebration.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and executing Latin-inspired dishes to the highest standard.

Running your section with precision, energy, and consistency.

Supporting the team in delivering a dynamic menu built on seasonal produce.

Mentoring apprentices and junior team members, passing on your skills and passion.

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or a Demi ready to step up).

A love for fresh produce and adventurous flavour combinations.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation.

The ability to keep calm and thrive in a buzzing, fast-paced kitchen.

A collaborative spirit and great communication skills.
