Senior Architect – Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative, sustainable designs.

Oversee and mentor project teams.

Manage technical documentation, specifications, and scheduling.

Undertake contract administration and liaise with contractors and consultants.

Prepare fee proposals and contribute to business development.

Senior Architect/Practice Manager – Requirements

Registered Architect with 10+ years’ Australian experience (preferred).

Architectural degree (Australia or UK).

Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD.

Experience in education and commercial sectors highly regarded.

Strong understanding of NCC, local planning schemes, and Australian Standards.

Proven project management and client relationship skills.

White Card, driver’s licence, and own vehicle.

Integrity, reliability, and strong construction knowledge.

Practice Manager – Key Responsibilities

Prepare fee proposals and contribute to business development.

Office Programming and Projections.

Client Liaison and seeking out Project opportunities.

Assist Management with projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative, sustainable designs.

Oversee and mentor project teams.

Manage technical documentation, specifications, and scheduling.
