About Us
Brisbane Headache & Migraine Clinic / M Physio Australia are leaders in the treatment and management of migraine and headache conditions. We pride ourselves on a fun, bubbly, and supportive team culture, united by our commitment to professional, patient-focused care.
We are established, award-winning clinics (featured on Channels 7, 9, 10 News, Courier Mail, ABC News Radio) and believe in excellence in both outcomes and experience.
The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Administrator / Practice Manager to join us immediately. You’ll split your time between our Spring Hill & Sunnybank Hills locations, managing the administration team, guiding clinic operations, ensuring our service quality remains outstanding, and also being in the front line performing reception duties.
As Senior Administrator / Practice Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and mentoring the admin team: recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and setting & monitoring KPIs.
Managing rosters, payroll, and daily scheduling to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Overseeing administrative systems: refining processes, ensuring compliance, contributing to budget management, and reporting to the management team.
Handling patient interactions, phone and online enquiries: converting enquiries into bookings and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Collaborating with clinicians and external providers to support smooth patient care delivery.
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who:
Is able to commute and work across both clinics (Spring Hill & Sunnybank Hills).
Has strong organisational skills and a track record of reliably managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Has experience in a leadership role: supervising others, delegating tasks, having direct involvement in payroll and staff scheduling.
Is comfortable setting, tracking, and coaching toward KPIs.
Communicates with clarity and confidence—verbal, written, in person and over the phone.
Demonstrates dependability, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.
Learns quickly, adapts to change, and is open to feedback.
Fosters a positive, collaborative team environment with a can-do attitude.
Desirable extras
Previous experience in an allied health setting (though not essential).
Some familiarity with cloud-based patient management systems, and social media / online communications.
Valid Australian driving licence.
What We Offer
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
A caring, supportive management team and ongoing mentoring.
Career development opportunities.
Regular team events, quarterly shutdowns for growth & social events.
Work-life balance with weekdays + potential occasional Saturdays.
How to Apply
If you believe you’re a great match, please apply with your resume and cover letter outlining why this role is right for you.
