Seeking 3 Senior Architects/Project Leaders, who are capable of running projects, with a reliance on delivery, DD onwards.
This is an opportunity for aspiring Associate's to join and create a pathway to Associate.

Project Values range from 30-150ML.

Leading client relationships, from early stages to construction, delegating responsibilities and documentation amongst a team, whilst being on the tools themselves and producing technical documentation, this is a hands on project leader role.

Attending site, managing RFI's from contractors, and maintaining positive relationships with the client, these Senior Architects.

Ideal Profiles
Ideally Registered Architects in Qld
10-15 Years experience post Graduation of Bachelor of Architecture
Multi Residential and Revit experience.
Clear communication and presentation ability to deal with Clients, Contractors and Sub Consultants.
Team collaboration is key to contribute to this studios culture.
