About the Role

We’re looking for someone who gets the highs and lows of parenting, and can turn those everyday moments into content that mums want to share, laugh at, and trust.

As our In-House Content Creator, you’ll:

Produce at least three scroll-stopping content pieces per week, from UGC-style videos to social posts and creative assets for ad campaigns.

Spot trends early and translate them into fresh, relatable ideas.

Script, film, and edit your own content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, following platform best practices.

Work closely with our marketing team on briefs, campaign ideas, and storytelling angles.

This is a remote contract role with the occasional in-person photoshoot in Melbourne. The role is paid on an hourly basis (approx. 10-15 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Who We’re Looking For

An Aussie mum, ideally with babies or toddlers (bonus if you’ve got 2+ kids).

Based in Melbourne, with your own nursery space to film in.

Comfortable and confident being on camera, representing Nodiee in a warm and relatable way.

Skilled at filming with your phone or camera, with a good eye for lighting and composition.

Organised, proactive, and consistent in delivering high-quality content.

Previous content creation experience for brands (eCommerce or baby-related a bonus).
