The Role;

We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating content, is confident with a camera/phone, and has the skills to edit, post, and manage content across our social platforms.

You’ll be responsible for capturing the behind the scenes of our workshop and projects, showing off our craftsmanship, and creating engaging posts that connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation/Planning: Shoot photo and video content of fabrication projects, workshop activities, team culture, and finished products.

Editing: Mash together raw content into videos, reels, TikToks, stories, and posts that fit current trends, plus create statics.

Publishing & Scheduling: Upload content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency and engagement.

Community Engagement: Assist with captions, hashtags and basic responses to followers (as required).

Trend Spotting: Stay across social media trends and adapt them to the engineering/fabrication scene.

Skills & Experience;

Experience in content creation

Confident with shooting on phone or camera and editing using apps/software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar).

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver creative ideas.

Interest or knowledge of the engineering/fabrication/automotive industry is a bonus but not essential.
