Our client is looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join their team.

About the Company

Nationwide Jewellers & Travel serves the independent jewellery sector in Australia & New Zealand. They are a small, friendly team based in Gordon, NSW. Their office provides a professional yet relaxed environment, where you will enjoy supportive colleagues and a positive workplace culture.

About the Role

They are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers school-friendly hours and flexibility, making it ideal for someone wanting work–life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

General office administration tasks

Handling phone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers

Postage and mail duties

Basic data entry (training provided)

Ad hoc team support

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will bring:

Strong communication skills and a customer service focus

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Basic navigation level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required

A proactive and positive attitude

Australian citizenship or permanent residency status is required

Previous office administration or accounts experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week), office-based, and offers the opportunity for further on the job training in a professional and friendly work environment.
