We’re looking for a Practice Manager to step in to consolidate, keep our people engaged, improve projects moving, and improve firm culture.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage staff. Lift retention, engagement, and performance.

Report on the numbers: metrics, bottlenecks, risks.

Translate firm targets into workflows and systems.

Flag inefficiencies early with solutions.

Deliver projects.

Build training modules that make onboarding smoother.

Act on staff feedback and improve culture.

What you bring

At least 12 months in a law firm.

Proven people management experience.

Organised, data-driven, and tech-savvy.

Strong communication and project management skills.
