Are you motivated, adaptable, and passionate about aesthetics and patient care? We’re looking for a proactive Receptionist / Social Media / Admin Assistant to join our growing cosmetic clinic. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team where you’ll learn, grow, and potentially step into a Clinic Manager role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Care

Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and cared for.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails/messages promptly.

Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through our software (Timely).

Confirm appointments and send reminders.

Handle patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Support patients with information about treatments and services.

Social Media & Marketing

Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Work with the doctor to brainstorm and execute creative ideas - educational topics around aesthetic treatment

Video editing skills for short high impact videos and to grow the channel.

Administration & Operations

Maintain stock levels – ordering, stocktaking, and monitoring supplies.

Handle clinic-related admin tasks and filing.

Assist with writing blogs or short website content.

Support marketing campaigns (newsletters, patient offers, etc.).

Help with follow-ups and calling potential leads.

Looking after the clinic as well, ensuring it’s kept clean. Its a small clinic of two rooms only but plan is to expand eventually.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable – no task is too big or small.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to connect with patients warmly.

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

Tech-savvy with experience using software/CRM systems (experience with Timely is an asset).

Creative flair with an interest in social media and digital content.

Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, or medical reception is an advantage but not essential.

Someone with the hunger to grow with the clinic and contribute to its long-term goals.
