We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Manager who’s passionate about renewable energy, confident in sales leadership, and motivated to help customers make informed, sustainable choices. You’ll be leading a high-performing sales team while being the face of clean energy in your community.

What You’ll Do

Review all job and lead details in the CRM before appointments.

Ensure all appointments are managed on time, with correct on-site procedures followed.

Coordinate with our appointment setter to maintain a steady, high-quality lead pipeline.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; identify improvement opportunities and roll out growth processes.

Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance, share updates, and address challenges.

Recruit, manage, and schedule the in-home sales team.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales checklists for transparency and consistency.

Drive conversions with a proven three-touch follow-up strategy.

Maintain engagement with warm leads via monthly check-ins and promotional updates.

What We’re Looking For

Current unrestricted driver’s licence + flexibility to travel for client appointments.

Proven track record in sales (in-home/direct sales essential, solar experience a bonus).

Tech-savvy ; confident with CRMs, sales apps, and digital tools.

A natural people leader; experienced in motivating, coaching, and growing a sales team.

Strong communicator and self-starter with the drive to hit (and exceed) targets.

Organised, reliable, and cool under pressure.

Practical, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
