About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of top-performing New Homes Consultants across multiple offices, driving sales growth and market share in a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of New Homes Consultants across multiple regions
• Set and drive sales targets for each office and track performance
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and growth
• Coach and mentor the team to achieve individual and business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with land developers and external agents
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, preparing reports for senior management

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in new home sales with strong leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to sales opportunities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
