Take over a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 140 properties - no mess, no madness

No travel south-side – everything is kept within a tight, local radius

VA and operations support - leave advertising, accounts and agreements to the support team

Fully cloud-based tools – 360° inspections, digital forms, streamlined comms

What You’ll Bring

Current SA Property Management Registration

Minimum of 12 months experience in property management

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage

Comfortable with technology and real estate software

Positive, team-focused attitude with a client-first approach
