About the role

As the Project Manager Roof Plumbing at All Aussie Roofing Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of roof plumbing projects in the Sydney, NSW area. This is a full-time position that requires excellent project management and communication skills.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing project plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of roof plumbing projects

Coordinating and supervising the work of roof plumbing subcontractors

Ensuring all work is completed to a high quality and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

Monitoring and reporting on project timelines

Identifying and mitigating potential risks to project delivery

Providing leadership and guidance to the team

Pre and Post site inspections

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in roof plumbing

Strong working knowledge of roof plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques

Excellent communication management skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field
